This video work centers on a woman at the edge of collapse. Through the body and through everyday objects, she navigates states shifting from calm to anger to ecstasy. By staging displacements between objects and the human body, I seek to question how, in contemporary society, marginalized groups are often regarded and treated, in ways no different from objects.
